Polaris Leadership Academy for Youth

Polaris Leadership Academy for Youth (PLAY) is a community-based initiative designed to engage youth through meaningful experiences that build character, awareness, and foundational leadership skills.

Through local engagement, training opportunities, and future after-school programming, PLAY creates environments where young individuals can develop confidence, strengthen critical thinking, and learn how to navigate complexity in a rapidly changing world.

Rather than relying on rigid instruction or one-size-fits-all approaches, PLAY emphasizes presence, interaction, and shared experience. Participants are encouraged to think, contribute, and grow within a supportive environment that values teamwork, inclusiveness, and personal responsibility.

As relationships are built over time, PLAY also serves as a point of connection—helping identify when individuals may benefit from additional guidance and ensuring they are supported in ways that align with their needs.
